E.coli Topoisomerase IV
Topo IV(來自大腸桿菌)是通過在大腸桿菌中過表達parC和parE亞基，并采用Peng和Marians(19991)的方法進行純化而制備的。parC和parE亞基經SDS-PAGE純化至>95%純度。topo IV在稀釋緩沖液中作為異四聚體復合物提供。建議重新引用酶，以避免重復的凍融循環。儲存于-80℃。所有酶都提供5X濃縮的分析緩沖液和稀釋緩沖液，也可單獨使用。Topo IV (from Escherichia coli) is prepared by overexpressing the parC and parE subunits in E. coli and purifying them by methods adapted from Peng and Marians, 19991.
The parC and parE subunits are purified to >95% purity as judged by SDS-PAGE. The topo IV is supplied as a heterotetramer complex in Dilution buffer.
It is recommended that the enzyme is aliquoted to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at -80oC.
All enzyme is supplied with 5X concentrated Assay Buffer and Dilution buffers which are also available separately.
